  14. I am getting poor pictures from my Video Toaster. When I save a 
  15. framestore
  16. and go to look at it again, about 90% of the time the picture will have 
  17. lines on the picture...about 2 inches apart all the way from the top to 
  18. the bottom.

  20. Anyone know what causes this?
